Z Squared Inc. (formerly Coeptis Therapeutics) is a US-based company that pivoted completely from biopharmaceuticals to cryptocurrency mining following a strategic merger in April 2026. The company operates large-scale ASIC mining facilities in the United States and ranks among the largest publicly traded miners for Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE). The original pharmaceutical cell therapy projects were spun off into an independent company as part of the restructuring.
