Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) is the first African listed company to adopt a Bitcoin Treasury strategy. Formerly known as Altvest Capital (investment holding company, provides financial services), it has been focused on funding and supporting SMEs, while providing tailored financial services and solutions through their subsidiary, Altvest Capital Solutions. With this pivot, ABC are enhancing their balance sheet by holding Bitcoin as a long-term corporate reserve asset, alongside our established SME lending and advisory activities. The company's platform facilitates access to debt and equity funding solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, and retail investors. It also provides retirement annuities and tax-efficient savings options; investment in listed private equities, venture capital, and private credit; and insurance products and medical aid policies. In addition, the company engages in the restaurant and accommodation businesses. AltVest Capital Limited was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Sandton, South Africa.
